MAMBO48 was born in 2005 as a musical project of a group of musicians who shared a studio in Caldes de Montbui. The studio was called Mambo and was located at number 48 on Main Street. The good connection between Slambeat as MC and beatmaker Joe Black P creates the essence and the sound that characterizes Mambo48, completed with the dj Doscascos on the turntables and the reinforcement in the concerts of Chaini Mc.
MAMBO48 music is characterized by its positive content in the lyrics sung in English and Spanish accompanied by grooves of hip hop / reggae / soul music. All MAMBO48 essence is reflected in their first album "MADERA" which includes hits as "Only Jah Love" and "Sonido serio del barrio".
